Markov: The Reflection

Young Filipinos must be controlled and peaceable. They do not disrespect the rules, they respect and obey these. They practice willpower at all times.

The first group as archetypal and well-meaning. They distinguish the prominence of these guidelines, and are resolute to keep them. They control and discipline themselves. They are agreeable to hold fire for their turn. They are not afraid to work rigid and earn their rankings in an candid way. They do not waste their means and find ways of using what they possess in the best way promising. The second is discreditable. They only deliberate of themselves. They do what they want, even when what they do can cause other people to writhe. They make no effort to control and discipline themselves. They are indolent, and even deceitful ways of earning points. They are not ingenious and resourceful; they always depend on others.

Discipline encourages us to be in control of ourselves at all times. We also call it self-discipline. When we are disciplined, we know what affirmative and undesirable forces work in us. Work guides us so that we may use entirely and efficiently the minds and bodies. We have our portion and our share to give, then we absorb to give the best of our labours.

There are two varieties of students, those who are willing to follow rules and regulations, and those who are indisposed.

“An athlete is a person who competes in one or more sports that involve physical strength, speed and endurance. Athletes may be professionals or amateurs. Most professional athletes have particularly well-developed physiques obtained by extensive physical training and strict exercise accompanied by a strict dietary regimen. They are the one who participate in a contest or feat. It is the general term for all participants in any physical sport; its application to those who participate in other activities, such as horse riding or driving, is somewhat controversial.”

The long awaited day had come at last. It was when the hullabaloo

of the mass soared in the sky outcry of what cross they were into. It was the same day when they brought out the sweat they had gained in many weeks of perseverance. The day when the athletes had their breath took away. It is also the day when all of their sacrifices had been unwavering and renowned to their devotees enduringly shouting for them and did not even concerned by the deafening clamour of the ground. At the time when the said supporters were able to gawk to their idols, words could not explain enough how dumbstruck and worth athletes are to their lives. They may serve as motivations to people seemingly do not even just fight for his breath and just waiting to call off. Or it may also be a model to youth who are busy enough to pay attention to the nonsense things they have brought along. An indeed important to narrate how these people trained to be the best and a model of a positivity. For some reasons, these may just their passion or it can be their life already but whatever reasons they may have, living or dead, they are remembered as time fades.

Sports have been a key in building amity of youth and it has been an honour to people who have the potential and gifted of having a physically fit and stable development of emotional and social aspects.

Ammunition and Immunization

People are intelligent to meet their necessities through defenses; the need to shield themselves, and the need to link with others to mollify familiar and monetary needs. An important part of adult's handling defenses has to do with their facility to know when to be which way.

The theme for this year’s National Science Club Month celebration is “Immunation: Arming Science Clubbers with Healthful Defenses Toward National Wellness.” Psychosomatic detachment between infant mind and an adult one was an awareness of all the health defenses and policies we learn while growing up; how important these things are for keeping us safe from the more predatory elements of our world, but also the directness we can lose as these defenses get built. Defenses are considerable worries in that they seemingly a good influence to ease the sufferings of people who are able to form and maintain healthy relationships.

Emerging in the sense to anticipation, problematic and agonizing situations and experiences, they function as the human correspondent of a firewall, helping to defend against wounding and abusive relationships, while allowing healthy relationships to permit. Discerning when to be defensive and when not to be defensive is strategic for health. You need defense to keep you safe from those who would bit you up, but you also need to know when to relax and let your defenses down so as to recollect the skill for virtuousness, sincerity and fit relationships. Defenses are important to immune systems.

As to withstand the heroic underground works beyond mortality, the portal of heroism had been unlocked buy wisdom and martyrdom. Heroes and heroines witnessed themselves upon entering the door of power’s limitations, without a second thought they bet their own souls boiled into hell. It is not about the bags of blood thrown nor the pride being soared into the sky, what matters is that the true essence of heroism flows in your veins; bloods of SUPERHEROES.

The crown being bestowed upon her and honoured posthumously and still she is kneeling down to earth. Being elastic to anyone is a great help of young ones to come out of their shells and be socially active. I am one of them. This indefatigable woman can defeat a wartime heroine because she does not uses any bloody weapons but a great hand to lend for every students who are thirsty of their own families’ attention. Accord proper honors and memorializes this great teacher worthy of emulation especially by lass. With her elastic mind, students from different ladder of prosperity come to end up using the same spoon and fork regardless of what they used to be. She can handle things with gallantry. She can move a heart. Ambassadress of goodwill and organizer, she is not only a teacher to her students but also a sister and most of all a mother by heart who touches every inch of them with warmth and nostalgia. With her priceless contributions to every life she moves, planted with their hearts a finely sculptured statue of her greatness in cognizance.

For the three years that we have been together, I might as well salute not as a teacher but my eye-opener. If only ball teachers be elastic without the thought of discrimination of students’, maybe, if not totally, save the faultless lad and lass, victims of chances. MRS. MYRNA S. CACAL.

Up-to-date Heroes

Fearlessness marks the world spin by its own track. Protagonists are not only the ones having magnificent works but also a group of personages who have a pure and devoted heart with the parts they play in their walk-on trip.
Heroism is an embodiment among the youth and old folks. In our own humble ways, we can be, if not as great, one of the distinguished. We do not need to scratch off our own complexion just to be measured a wartime champion. We just have to put all our errands in the feared vaults of our primacies as a role model to every Filipinos who have overlooked and paved their way away to virtue. We just have to put our dread into killing and grave of weak. Make a revolution not just by words but to see in feats. Live by the verses of our national hero; the youth are the hope of the fatherland. The leaders of tomorrow, the youth, lie the future on their hands. Thus, the longing of every citizen to live in wealth is firm by its dwellers who are mostly the youth. Youth makes up a major sector of this age band. It is therefore very indispensable to note that this cluster is a forceful vigour in attaining the goals for the community. Directed by a good management and parity to the youth, there is a big leeway that Rizal’s words will be raise from the dead.
Catastrophes twisted awful harm in people; the utmost forfeiture writhed by people addressed by the occurrences fated in our place decades ago. Stacks of lifeblood discoloured the country while rebellious for its liberty. Many have the funds for the exceptional chance to dwell and gave true service to the nation. Goaded by their leader’s gallantry, misery and intelligence they were capable to regain the kingdom. They are the so called heroes and heroines.

"Wikang Filipino, Wika ng Pagkakaisa"

Buwan ng Wika ay natapos na maraming mga patimplak ang naisagawa sa buwan na ito. Bawat contest bawat seminar na dinaluhan ng maraming mga mag-aaral at guro na mas nagpatibay pa ng pagkakaisa ng isa;t sa atin gamit ang wikang Filipino.

Sa aming paaralan naging matagumpay ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika. Maramng makabuluhang mga aral at karanasan. Isa na dito ang TAGISAN NG TALINO na dinaluhan ng maraming mag-aaral na hitik sa kaalaman tungkol sa Filipino, ang paligsahan ay naraos ng walang problema at may kunti pang aliw. Di rin malilimutan ang makabugsong damdaming pagsasadula sa mga panitikan ng ating bansa. Ang kagandahang nasilayan sa mga Laurang gumanap, Kagisigang pinamalas ng mga Don Juan at ang di makakalimutang eksena sa El Fili at Noli.

Maraming mga aktibidades ang naganap na lubos ang paglago ng ating kaalaman tungkol sa Wikang Filipino.

Nutrition Month Celebration 2014. ''Kalamidad Paghandaan, Gutom at Malnutrisyon Agapan"

          The Philippines suffered one of the strongest typhoons ever on the history of all time. The Typhoon’s name was Yolanda. Yolanda oblibrerate anything in its path that no one was able to store food for them to survive. Fellow Pilipino starved and got sick because of the absence of food during and after the storm.

        In this kind of situations we must be prepared. We Pilipino must be alert. Before typhoons we must store enough food for us to survive starve during and after the typhoon because Last time we were unprepared and got wreck badly and Pilipino who got devastated suffered not just starvation but also malnutrition.

        Only us can save ourselves. Your faith is on your hands of you don’t act no one will do. So at times of calamities be alert know everything to be prepared especially food. So keep on mind be alert at all times because you don’t know what is coming.

MY REFLECTION

ICT is all about computers. If you ask me if I love this subject I will reply you ‘’Hell Yeah I do. ’’ Computer is my companion whenever I’m alone and down. So this subject catches my interest a lot.

        The first grading of this subject was somewhat cool and old. Cool because we were studying about internet and all about it. And old because we have to start in the old days to know how did the internet become the internet we know now today. But I think it’s still cool but just old in a manner. At firsts I had trouble on understanding the whole topic because I didn't expect it to be that broad and complicated. And also because of an busy schedule due to some responsibilities as a student leader but thanks to my friends and some inspiration of someone special. I was able to caught up with the lessons and activities.

        This grading was a great even though it is challenging because of the tight schedule. Next grading I will do better whether it maybe activities, quizzes and notes. I will do it all thrice better than this grading.

President Benigno Aquino III successfully delivered his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon. The talk was revolved around the country’s economy, public works, education, and many other concerned agendas.

        In his talk, he did not sink deeper into the controversial Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) but merely received a notable mention with slight defense on it. There was no admission of any major problems like corruption. All of the funds went to the places they are supposed to go. There are new fighter jets, helicopters and a landing ship, new weaponry and arsenal for soldiers and police officers alike.  Respondents were quick during unexpected situations. The education has been widespread all over the country. The country is now at its investment rate, the economy is under flowing, and there are no ominous happenings. Plans for road development and improvements, housing, schools, and other infrastructure are on its way of fulfillment. The president’s SONA is full of metaphors such as being the captain of a hip ferrying the Filipino people from an island of corruption to an island of flourishing beauty.

This SONA is the president’s fifth, the second to the last, and people are expecting him to discuss more about what is the country’s present dilemmas because most of his talk was only the improvements not what are the factors affecting the country.

The Youth Speaks Out To You

Greetings of good day sir:

It is known to everyone that we, the youth are the hope of the fatherland. We are the leaders of tomorrow. The structure and destiny of your lives lie on our hands. Thus, the desire of every Filipino citizen to live in a country which is a happy place to live in is determined by its inhabitants’ who are mostly the youth. Statistics show that the youth are the most numbered people of the country. And the majority, if not all, are seen in schools searching for knowledge and truth which they will use in building a better society. In school, pupils make up a major segment of this generation. It’s therefore very essential to note that this group is a potent force in attaining the goals of a brighter community.

Nowadays, the growth of totality of human life is determined. This could be due to numerous problems encountered by the people in their daily existence. On the part of the youth, we seem to be confused in life. Our lives seem to be lacking in purpose and direction. We do not know who, to follow that we are lost in a restless world of believers and unbelievers. We are puzzled by the choices that they are confronted with every day. Evidently, these conflicts could be brought about by the status of the family and school.

Our only concern is to consider us minors as important as what it seems to be. We need the attention of the government to help us youth in getting of what we deserve to be. We are seeking the right of every one of us to experience your governance for we are light to the path of our country in the future.
